Without too much detail, I reveal a bit of my past.  This image reminds me to myself as a young girl of 10 or so, I would sit in front of the mirror until my face would distort, and morph, much like the negative of a film that develops.  A grainy image revealing something more than what is visible.  My face became that of an old woman, if I stared long enough without blinking.  I imagined her as my spirit guide. This woman reflected back to the croon, the gypsy, and me.  An ethereal being that is a permutation, a shadowy lifeline to times past. I remember reading somewhere George Harrison doing the same thing on one of his acid-trips. Hmmm.......

Is this a painting or a photo or what? It's a self portrait taken holding a 2 megapixel camera  held in fron of me, then I added some affects on photoshop. Some people may think its...weird, but I kind of like its grainy ethereal affect.
